As for service, you can tell that providing people with their dream diamonds is a passion for you. Both of us were amazed by the fact that you went out of your way on numerous occasions to make us happy. For example you recognized how busy we were and that Joondalup was not close to our home or work so you came to my work. You also went out of your way to match the colour of the gold to my existing jewelry so that my engagement ring and wedding band match all my jewelry When we asked if the ring could be ready for our engagement party next weekend, you were able to supply us with the ring, with temporary diamonds on loan, so we had something to show off until our diamonds had arrived. Then you again came to my work picked up the ring, put our diamonds in and returned it to my work.

Let me start by saying that I am no longer Claire, I am now introduced as the girl with THE ring. People I haven’t met know of my ring and how amazing it is. I have so many compliments and gasps of awe over my beautiful ring that you helped us design. We came to you after we had scouted around for endless days through the jewelry shops in Perth learning the 4 Cs and trying to find something individual, yet affordable. We heard about The Diamond Club through my mum’s hairdresser who said that you were very good at getting a diamond to match the one she already had. We didn’t think that you would be as good as you turned out to be. You helped us work through what we really wanted and what was important to us, while still working within a budget. When you showed us what diamonds we could get by going through you we were very pleasantly surprised. I’m sure that it’s not very often that people overestimate the price of an engagement ring. However you sourced diamonds that were perfect for us, we spent less than first anticipated and we got more than we could have hoped for.
