Yes. We design and make engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery in our Joondalup workshop, and have done since 1983. Request a free quote online or visit us in store to talk through your design.

Yes. All repairs are done onsite in our own workshop. How long a repair takes depends on the job and how busy the workshop is. When you bring your piece in, we'll give you a free quote and a ready date.

Yes. Valuations are done onsite at our Joondalup store. Contact us or drop in during opening hours to arrange one.

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are certified, and we work with GIA reports for natural diamonds and IGI reports for lab-grown diamonds. We'll show you the certificate before you buy, and you can read more on our Education page.

All our pieces are made to order for you, so change-of-mind returns don't apply. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected, and our 12-month warranty covers quality and workmanship. Full details are in our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia, and express delivery is available at checkout. If your engagement ring needs resizing after you propose, we'll resize it free of charge.

Yes. Interest-free payment options are available through humm and Flexicards. Ask us in store or follow the humm link at the bottom of any page.
